Terms and Conditions

  1. All vehicles entering this car park are subject to these conditions. If you do not accept the Terms you and any vehicle in which you entered (the Vehicle) must immediately leave the Car Park.
  2. You must pay Jetport Parking all parking fees and other costs incurred in relation to the vehicle upon demand for your vehicle to be parked in this car park
  3. Refunds apply for early returns. Change of plans must be notified to our office (24 hours notice would be great).
  4. Without limiting any of Jetport Parking’s other rights, Jetport Parking shall have a lien over the vehicle and be entitled to retain the vehicle until these conditions are satisfied and all monies due and owing to JetportParking have been paid by you.
  5. Jetport Parking at its discretion may revoke its authority for you to use this car park at any time.
  6. Jetport Parking may deliver the vehicle to any person producing the then prevailing Jetport Parking Vehicle Document or such other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to take possession of the vehicle as Jetport Parking in its sole discretion deems satisfactory.
  7. Jetport Parking will not be responsible to you if the Jetport parking Document or evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle is produced by a person other than you.
  8. Jetport Parking requires the keys or access code for your vehicle in order to drive or move the vehicle left in the Car Park for safety or operational purposes.
  9. In the absence of any negligence or breach of the law by Jetport Parking your entry into and use of this Car Park is at your own risk and this includes personal belongings left in the vehicle. Under no circumstances is Jetport Parking liable to you for any loss of profits or indirect or consequential loss. Further JetportbCar Parking will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which is caused by any act or omission by you or any other person.
  10. To the extent permitted by law, Jetport Parking limits its liability for any warranty, guarantee, or condition that is implied to these terms and conditions by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (or any replacement Act) (“the Act”) to the remedies available in the Act, in particular, the cost of supplying the services again to you or the cost of having the services supplied again.
  11. If any of these conditions are illegal or not enforceable, the offending condition or part of the condition shall be read down to the extent necessary to give it legal effect or, if not able to be read down, be of no effect and this does not affect the validity of the remaining conditions
  12. No modifications, variations or amendment of these conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both you and the Managing Director of Jetport Parking.

Refunds Policy, Dispatch and Delivery Policy

Jetport parking does not charge for refunds where a booking cannot be used. Please email info@jetportparking.com.au with your booking reference number and Jetport will endeavour to provide a refund within 2 business working days.

Privacy Policy

Dullard Sartori pty ltd trading as Jetport Parking (ACN 126 399 826) and its subsidiaries ('Jetport Parking', "we" or "us") are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles ("APPs") set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Act").

This Privacy Policy sets out how we handle personal information to comply with our obligations.

What personal information do we collect?

This Privacy Policy uses the definition of personal information which is provided in the Act.

Information collected in general dealings

  • flight details, driver licence number and passport number;

  • recordings of your image on Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage;

  • vehicle licence plate numbers; and/or

    Information collected in retail and marketing related matters

    In the case of retail and marketing-related matters, we might collect additional information such as:

    • your preferences concerning types of products or services;
    • how often you visit the airport;
    • the frequency of use of certain types of products or services;
    • the methods, purpose and frequency of travel;
    • your travel destination or preferred destinations;
    • number of people travelling with you;
    • number of people you are meeting or farewelling at the airport;
    • your income demographics; and
    • your use of our website, www.jetportairportparking.com.au ("Website"), and social media platforms you use.

     

    How do we collect information?

    Personal information will normally only be collected directly from you when you deal with us by telephone, by correspondence through a letter, fax or e-mail, via our Website

    Other ways in which we collect personal information include:

  • when you logon to Wi-Fi at our premises or use mobile applications developed by us or through the use of cookies and other tracking systems online (please see Cookies and other online tracking systems for more information);
  • where you access any of our retail systems;
  • when you subscribe to any Jetport Parking newsletters, participate in surveys, competitions or promotions or become a member of any Jetport Parking loyalty programs;
  • when you submit your resume or an application, or participate in interviews or testing, for employment or contracting opportunities at Jetport Parking;
  • the recording of your image on CCTV footage taken on Jetport Parking premises. Jetport Parking's use of CCTV is part of an ongoing crime prevention initiative, targeting crime and other risks to safety and security. All footage captured by CCTV is retained for a specific period, after which time it is erased, unless it has been identified and is retained for the purpose of investigating a specific incident; and
  • the recording of calls to certain operations and security telephone lines for security and/or safety purposes.
  • There may be occasions when we collect personal information about you from a third party, such as:

    • a service provider;
    • a customer airline or retail outlet;
    • in relation to security matters, a government department, body or law-enforcement agency; or
    • a publicly available source.
    • Cookies and other online tracking systems

    Jetport Parking uses cookies and other tracking systems on our website. A cookie is a very small text file which is stored on your computer's hard drive when you first visit the Website. This information may be used in a number of ways, such as, to identify repeat visitors to our Website, areas of interest on our Website and to analyse visiting patterns. Jetport Parking does not use cookies to obtain personal information.

    You can disable your web browser from accepting cookies. If you do so, you can still access the Website, but not all services, transaction or functions may be available.

    Where devices can connect, or individuals log on, to Jetport Parking's systems or IT infrastructure, or are identifiable to Jetport Parking, we may collect aggregated information regarding internet usage. We may also collect some personal information from users, with their consent.

    Jetport Parking partners with third party advertising networks to either display advertising on Jetport Parking's internet terminals or through Wi-Fi at Jetport Parking's premises to users' mobile devices and laptops. If you respond in the affirmative (yes) to a particular sponsored or third party advertiser's question we will be supplying your contact details and cookie data to that sponsor only, this sponsor may use this information to contact you or display relevant offers on their or 3rd party websites.

    Jetport Parking's partners may use cookies and web beacons to collect information, which is not personal information, about your internet activities to provide you with targeted advertising based upon your interests.

    What if you refuse to supply information?

    Generally speaking, you are not obliged to provide us with personal information about you. However, failure to do so may mean that we are unable to transact business with you, process any application for the issue of an authority, licence, pass or permit, or provide you with an appropriate level of service.

    Dealing with Jetport Parking anonymously or using a pseudonym

    In many cases, we will need certain personal information to respond to queries, or to transact with you, such as contact details, or other information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

    We may also use your personal information for related purposes such as to notify you of services, special offers, opportunities, products or benefits which are being offered by Jetport Parking or any of our strategic alliance partners, customer airlines, tenants or associated organisations.

    We also collect, hold and use your personal information as required or authorised by or under an Australian law such as aviation and taxation laws, counter terrorism legislation and the Corporations Act.

    When does Jetport Parking disclose personal information to third parties?

    How does Jetport Parking protect your personal information?

    • registers are maintained of all visitors to any part of our premises where personal information may be stored, and such visitors are required to be accompanied by a member of our staff at all times; and
    • Jetport Parking also employs secure methods for the destruction or de-identification of personal information, which is undertaken when permitted by law and where such information is no longer required by us.

    What rights do you have to access and correct your personal information held by us?

    Jetport Parking takes reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information that it collects or uses is accurate, up to date and complete.

    You may request access to, and correction of, any of your personal information held by Jetport Parking, and such access will be provided and corrections made except where Jetport Parking refuses such requests in accordance with the APPs.

    All requests for access and/or correction will be processed within a reasonable time.

    In some situations, you may be able to access and correct your personal information directly through our Website. Otherwise, please contact our Privacy Officer by email, phone, fax or mail, if you want to access or correct your personal information.

    There is no application fee for making a request to access your personal information. However, we may charge an administrative fee for the provision of information in order to recover costs.

    If Jetport Parking does not agree to provide you with access to your personal information or to amend or annotate the information that we hold about you, you may seek a review of our decision.

    If Jetport Parking does not agree to make the requested changes to your personal information, you may make a statement about the requested changes and we will attach it to your record.

    Third party websites

    Jetport Parking may provide links to third party websites on its Website, or allow third party advertising on its Website, or via the IT network at Jetport Parking's premises.

    Once you click on a link to a third party's website, or an advertisement, we are not responsible for how your personal information is collected and used on such sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites.

    How does Jetport Parking control access to CCTV footage?

    CCTV footage is released under provision of Jetport Parking's corporate policy. This policy is written in line with the National Approach to Closed Circuit Television, the Australian Standards for CCTV and the APPs.

    Aims of the CCTV System

    CCTV significantly increases the ability to monitor areas of the carpark and aims to do the following:

    assist in the prevention and detection of acts of unlawful interference against vehicles; reduce acts of unlawful interference with vehicles by deterring potential offenders through fear of detection; assist Government and law enforcement agencies with the detection and identification of offenders; and to aid in a more effective assessment and response to unlawful acts of interference including security, safety and emergency situations.

    Complaints

    Complaints about a breach of the APPs, by Jetport Parking, in relation to your personal information, must be made in writing, either to the email or mailing address below.

    Complaints will be reviewed by Jetport Parking's Privacy Officer. A response will usually be provided within 30 days of receipt of the complaint by Jetport Parking.

    If, after following the procedure outlined above, you believe that your complaint has not been satisfactorily addressed by Jetport Parking, you can make a complaint to the Office of the Information Commissioner ("OAIC") at www.oaic.gov.au.
